Hi guys! Are any of you doing Locum Tenens work?

I'm considering it for flexibility, but admit I don't know very much about it. So far I've heard there are no benefits, and that you are expected to do the cases no one else wants to do. :o

Can a physician belong to more than one Locums agency or is there a rule against it?

How do you choose a Locums agency?

Any pros and cons, pitfalls to watch out for, and other information would be greatly appreciated.
