Hi there, have patient coming up for MRI scan with bilateral diaphragmatic paralysis after head/neck surgery. Anyone had experience of a patient like this. I would have thought high dependency/ICU admission would be in order afterwards even though this is not a surgical procedure. Anyone anaesthetised these patients??
