We have had good luck with the Baxter "I pump" PCEA as long as it is treated properly by the staff.   (Pump cassette door can break easily.)

Can OB nurses in your institution adjust the infusion rate of a labor epidural up or down with a physician's orders?  Or do you require the anesthesiologists to do it themselves?  There seems to be no concensus on this.
