recently we performed two craniotomies..both were delayed decompressive craniotomy.they presented late to our hospital.intraop was uneventfull.post op both the pt had severe hypotension. dint responded to fluids.needed Nad and dopamine infusions.stabilized after 24 hr.plz tell me what may be the cause. how to manage such cases..intra/post op.
