Health Academy Student need help on paper about being an Anesthesiologist

Hi there.  I am a 16 year old student at the Pensacola High Achool, enrolled in the Health Academy.  I have a paper due concerning what career path that I have chosen.  So far my mind has ventured toward Anesthesiology.  As far as my paper that is due, I have 4 questions that I am suppose to ask an Anesthesiologist to get his/her answers.  If an Anesthesiologist can help me out with this paper I will greatly appreciate it.  The questions are as follows:

(1)  Give me your name, position and place of employment.

(2)  What are the basic duties of your job?

(3)  What are the advantages and disadvantages of working in the field of Anesthesiology?

(4)  What are the personal and educational requirements  of the job of being an Anesthesiologist?

(5)  Would you as an Anesthesiologist recommend pursuing the chosen field of Anesthesiology?  If so, why?  If not, why not?
