we received a lady 81yr old with #it rt.side. she is a known c/o COPD.
P=110,BP=90/56 mmHg. SpO2 on RA=90%.chest= b/l ronchis+nt.
cvs=diastolic murmur +nt. spine=gross kyphoscoliosis.airway=edentulous.
lab...hb=7.2gm%.Na=127mEq.k=3.6.other parmameters normal.

she is posted for DHS.

how u will go ahead for this case.

plz give ur detail plan.
