PDPH MRSA carrier, Blood patch???

I have a 24 y/o female with a PDPH 9 days after epidural. She is positive for MRSA (carrier)  but not active. I am concerned about a blood patch due to most ( 90%) of epidural abscesses are caused from Staph aureus. I have found two alternatives to the blood patch, Dextan 40 and fibrin glue. What do you all recommend. Would you use any of the 3 or head straight for a neuo consult? The blood patch really worries me d/t her MRSA carrier status.
